Our culinary director Christian Willrich transforms events into culinary experiences. He does this by combining traditional and modern German cooking and also provides for variety with creations of his own and many regional specialities.

Working together with him, we compose a stylish menu or a creative buffet, and if it is to be something out of the ordinary then we can also offer you molecular cooking techniques on board a luxury yacht.

Christian Willrich was not only the head chef at the Kreatives Haus in Worpswede for many years but also the author of many cookery books produced together with our head chef Jörn Rebbe.
