LECA

The LECA was founded on 29th April 2002 by Broich Premium Catering together with five other leading event caterers. We are professionals in the conception, planning and holding of intra-regional event catering as well with a core competence in the fields of Food + Beverage, logistics (equipment and transport) and personnel (own management and operative personnel). We pool our knowledge, create synergies and deliver quality.
For us, it means making each job perfect.
For you, that is LECA.

Aims of the LECA:

  • Establishing leading event caterers 
  • Membership in the LECA as a seal of quality 
  • Setting quality standards 
  • Building up and improving our image 
  • Offering a communication platform 
  • Drawing up legal general conditions (Terms of Business/rates, etc.)

Quality criteria in the LECA:

  • Three recommendations from members of the LECA
  • At least 10 current and noteworthy customer references
  • Independent company structure and entry in the commercial register
  • The main purpose of your company is the conception, planning and holding of intra-regional event catering as well with a core competence in the fields of Food + Beverages, logistics (equipment and transport) as well personnel (own management and operative personnel)
  • You achieve a continuous minimum turnover of 2 million Euro annually
  • You employ an adequate number of persons in relation to your turnover, and who also have many years of professional experience  in the fields of management, production, sales and logistics.
  • You can provide proof of having handled events of a certain size and quality.
  • You can prove this by the documentation/presentation of catering work that has been carried out and by the presentation of operations and production.
  • You comply with all the guidelines of HACCP/LMHV and can prove this.
  • You commit yourself to straightforward business  methods / a conscientious structuring of quotations with the aim of providing as much transparency as possible for the customer.
  • You have been successful in the market (in pure event catering) for at least five years.
